K+ Waterless Wok Tables
K+ Waterless Wok Tables represents a significant advancement in commercial kitchen equipment, designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional chefs and busy restaurants. Constructed on a solid mild steel frame, this wok table is built for long-lasting performance. The thick mild steel plate ensures that it can withstand the intense heat and heavy use typical of a bustling kitchen environment.
One of the standout features of the K+ Waterless Wok Tables is its innovative design that eliminates the need for water deck cooling. This design not only simplifies installation and maintenance but also reduces water consumption, making it an environmentally friendly option for modern kitchens.
The unit is powered by your choice of two highly efficient burners: a 105Mj 24-jet chimney burner or a 110Mj 18-jet duck burner. Both burners are fitted with flame failure devices as standard, ensuring safety by automatically shutting off the gas supply if the flame extinguishes. This safety feature is crucial in preventing gas leaks and potential hazards.
To provide chefs with precise control over the cooking process, the K+ Waterless Wok Tables features lever handle gas controls. These controls enable greater regulation of the flame setting, which is essential during peak periods when consistent heat and quick adjustments are necessary. The heavily insulated long skirt unflued cast iron eliminates radiant heat, ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment for kitchen staff.
All external surfaces of the K+ Waterless Wok Tables are made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel, known for its strength and durability. This high-quality stainless steel construction ensures the unit can endure the harsh conditions of a commercial kitchen while maintaining its sleek appearance. The 1.5mm pressed top deck is designed for ease of cleaning around the ring area, helping to maintain hygiene standards. Additionally, a front waste gutter enhances the cleaning process by capturing spills and debris, making cleanup quick and efficient.
The K+ Waterless Wok Tables is more than just a piece of kitchen equipment; it’s an investment in efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Its robust construction and advanced features make it an indispensable asset for any commercial kitchen.
