In the event the service call turns out to be a non-warranty issue, your credit card will be charged for the call out and/or repairs. We will provide you with a Tax Invoice and a copy of the Credit Card Receipt to your nominated email address should the service call be deemed non-warranty. Alternatively, should you choose to receive a written quotation before any non-warranty service works are carried out, please tick below box.
Note: We will send a $1 charge request to your bank to verify your identity and validate your credit card. This charge is a temporary hold, and the funds will be released back to your account within a few days if it's a warranty issue.
